  • By reserving, am I ordering the vehicle?
    By placing the reservation deposit, you are not placing an order for the vehicle. Instead, placing the reservation gives you the right to receive Eli ZERO much earlier than general availability in your area. Your refundable deposit secures your place in line to purchase Eli ZERO when it becomes available.
  • When will I receive my Eli ZERO?
    Eli ZERO will first be available for purchase exclusively to reservation holders in the US, with expected sales beginning in the third quarter of 2024. Availability will vary by state or city and the order in which reservations are received. Once you reserve, we will keep you updated on availability in your area. When the vehicle is available for purchase, an authorized dealer will contact you to configure and finalize your order.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any point for a full refund. Simply submit your cancellation request via this form. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process depending on your method of payment. Once a reservation is canceled, the order of your reservation will not be retained, even if you re-submit.
  • Will I be able to configure my Eli ZERO?
    When the vehicle is ready for purchase, an authorized dealer will contact you to finalize your order and configure it with available options. You may also be invited to test-drive the Eli ZERO. Reservation holders will receive detailed pricing and option information at the time of purchase, noting that options may be limited due to product availability.
  • Will Eli investors receive the vehicle earlier?
    Qualified investors may receive advanced availability as a bonus, and be on top of the reservation list. To learn more about investor perks, check out invest.eli.world. The order of the reservation list is as follows:
    Qualified Investors (investors eligible for the advanced availability perk) - prioritized by the total investment amount.
    General Reservation Holders - prioritized by the order in which the reservation is received.
    If you are already a qualified investor, you will still need to place a reservation to be added to the reservation list. Advanced Availability will be automatically applied with no further action needed if you use the same email as your investment account. If you use a different email address to place the reservation, please notify us at reserve@eli.world.
  • I am a dealer/fleet operator. Can I reserve it?
